87850 - [linux] typing into "open location" dialog loses focus

On linux only, as far as I can tell, the autocomplete widget popping up in the
"open location" dialog (Ctrl+Shift+L) when you type makes the dialog lose focus.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Position the mouse over the URL bar.
  2. Open the "open location" dialog with Ctrl+Shift+L (i.e., *not* by moving
     the mouse and using the menu).
  3. Type a URL you've been to before into the text field in that dialog. Watch
     the autocomplete menu pop up and disappear as you type. When the
     autocomplete menu has closed, and you continue typing, you'll find the
     focus has changed to the URL bar.

Expected:

  The focus does not leave the dialog.

This probably has something to do with popups being treated as separate X
windows, but I don't really know any details.

pinkerton: No, this isn't exactly a killer bug as far as I'm concerned. A large
faction seem to want to do away with the open-location dialog entirely anyway :)

I can reproduce this in a 7/22 trunk build. Dan's description works for me
(doesn't even have to be over the urlbar, or even over the browser). But 
I think you do need to be in 'focus follows mouse'.
