87144 - keyboard focus stuck in sidebar

In N6.1 Beta, I got into a situation where keyboard navigation events (such as
space bar for page down, arrow keys for scrolling, etc.) were influencing the
sidebar tab, rather than the main content window.  

I clicked into the sidebar tab to give it focus, but subsequent clicks in the
main _content window would not move the focus out of the sidebar.  Mouseclicks
on links in the main window did work.

The situation resolved itself when I brought up another window; when I returned
to the afflicted window the focus was back to normal.

if you think this particular bug is *not* a duplicate, please provide a
compelling reason, as well as check a recent *trunk* build (on the appropriate
platform[s]), before reopening.
