Maybe we should limit the blocking to Nightly, instead of Beta and Nightly? Who knows how many other bugs like bug 1583657 there are. Of course this also makes it less likely to find those problems.

I think you are right, we will only find those issues if we keep the restriction in Nightly and Beta. How do you feel? If you feel the same, we could close this bug, right?
