Bug 1282098 will publish our python YAML parsers to PyPi.
Upstream services (e.g. python_moztelemetry) will need to be updated to use the exported package, rather than manually copying files off mozilla-central.
This bug is about notifying upstream owners about the available package.

These are all the dependencies I can think of right now. All the issues were filed, so closing this bug.
