I checked main_summary, and I don't see a normalized_os_version, in the schema, or in the telemetry-batch-view scala that generates it. :frank where will we be getting normalized_os_version from?

Agreed, this probably won't be usable in the near future. We need to add it to main_summary first.
We could normalize os_version ourselves, similar to how it was done in bug 1401969.
