1412798 - Verify that users not in HBase are indeed new users

A consistent chunk of users interacting with TAAR cannot be found in HBase. We need to analyse the logs and shield pings to make sure these users are not anywhere in our pipeline (main summary?).

If you're going to look in main_summary, I would check heavy_users, it will be faster. If a client reported any activity in main_summary on the 28-day window ending on day N, they have an entry on day N. So you can just check day N, day N+28, etc. for the client_ids.
