User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:58.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/58.0 Build ID: 20170927100120 Steps to reproduce: Photon reload/stop animation, burst animation of the tab may be cool, but it may be annoying for some people, may be harmful especially for ADHD people. An option to disable those animation is necessary. I know I can change toolkit.cosmeticAnimations.enabled from about:config, but it should be easily opt out from the options page.
