If I visit this link: https://github.com/servo/webrender/issues/1728#issuecomment-330985063
such that the image in paulrouget's comment is partially on screen, scrolling reveals the image to be cutoff where the window boundary was. The rest of the content is unaffected.
Hovering the mouse over the image or resizing the window causes the image to pop in fully formed.
