Details

If we use Spark, p2h would be able to load any type of file, not just parquet (with some limits - but could be json, csv, avro, etc.)
:frank do we still need this?

Really it's not up to me. Given the switch to GCP though, we will eventually be deprecating this tool, so additional functionality doesn't seem like a necessary thing. We've had asks about other file types, so if we wanted to support that on AWS then this is a good way to do it. If we're done supporting new things then close it out.
