Now that wtmo has been migrated to dockerflow we should decommission the old stack, which is already inaccessible to most people. I plan to do this on May 12.
I've removed everything I could see related to the dev workflow instance (ECS configuration, ELB, SGs, instances, dev.mozaws.net DNS entry) except for the TMO DNS entry, which I will poke :jason for when he's back from PTO.
