There's (finally) a new PyPi release of Airflow: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/airflow/1.8.0
The upstream docker container we use for our base has been updated with the new release as well: https://hub.docker.com/r/puckel/docker-airflow/tags/
Not sure if it makes sense to run the upgrade now, since Jason is looking into moving it to prod Dockerflow, but we should theoretically be able to update the Dockerfile to test this out locally and upgrade pretty easily in the existing deployment if it looks good.
