I can confirm the crash of the TB in "SandboxPermissions::Initialize()".
My Seamonkey and Firefox builds do crash also at start.

For TB I have Bug 1342151 which probably fixes this issue.

Apparently only an issue on Windows 10; it's been fixed in bug 1342151. Try the Tinderbox build or tomorrow's Daily.
