Details

The Data Team would like a finer grained set of components to reflect changes in that group. We'll handle this in a few steps: * Create "Data Platform and Tools" product and components * Data Team will migrate open bugs in "Metrics Pipeline" to new hierarchy * Close remaining bugs in "Metrics Pipeline" as incomplete and move product to graveyard The team is still working on the new set of components so I'll needinfo? :thulbert who will clear it when they are ready. The linked Google doc has the draft set of components. The components should be created with the named triage leads in the document. If there's no need for BMO to do any coding, I can take the ticket.

Telemetry component will remain in Toolkit for now.

Also, the default security group for this product is Mozilla Employee Confidential, please let me know if another group should be created for security bugs in this product.
