Details

The current base list for tracking protection (base-track-digest256) contains the Advertising, Analytics, Social and Disconnect categories. We'd like to split the advertising category out of the base list so that we can test its breakage rate separately and maybe offer more granularity in the "change blocklist" settings. ads-track-digest256: - Advertising category misc-track-digest256: - Analytics category - Disconnect category - Social category The base-track-digest256 and content-track-digest256 would stay as they are, unchanged.
So this will need changes to shavar-list-creation-config, and shavar-list-creation. Would probably take at least a week to test, and we should wait until we've got shavar serving lists "dynamically". https://github.com/mozilla-services/shavar/issues/40
