We want to create a parquet dataset similar to main_summary, but dedicated to crash pings. The dataset will be either used to query crash pings from STMO or as a starting point for derived datasets for crash data like crash_aggregates.

The schema for this dataset will be based, at least initially, on what's required to power crash_aggregates [1]
