The root filesystem typically has very little available space. The bootstrap script should create the analyses directory in /mnt somewhere and symlink it to ~/analyses.

I've mounted /home/hadoop on /mnt/hadoop, but sshing hadoop@ then seems to be an issue. Trying to find out why.
