Added Kev in order to close the loop to Addons.  We chatted on Friday to discuss the next steps on this.  First, Kev told me he would take a first pass at writing up the treatment conditions and the expectations around them re: resources (e.g. running something on AMO, what would that look like).  I'm on the hook for writing out the first draft of the analysis plan section.  The next big milestone is to work with :thuelbert on drafting the experiment evaluation protocol and the actual calendar schedule of test and trial dates.  That is impossible to do without a commitment from AMO around a spec of work, which requires Kev and I to finish writing.

:kev, when do you think you can have your portion in a first draft stage?

The shield add-on has been localized with the following locales:
