User Story

The trained model is represented with a matrix of factors stored in a JSON file. The dashboard should read that matrix and compute a list of suggested add-ons from a set of installed add-ons by performing a couple of matrix multiplications. 

The dashboard should be pretty basic as it's just a tool to play around with the engine without using the Scala code.
