Details

The bootstrap script started to fail leaving the cluster in partially initialized state.
It seems that the issue was transient and it is now solved. This is not the first time we see the bootstrap process failing, possibly because one of its dependencies (pypi?) is temporary down. Let's close this bug in 24h if nothing changes.
