Details

STR: - With the latest Firefox Dev edition, enable chrome/content electrolysis. - Open a discourse forum. https://internals.rust-lang.org/ is what I was using, but http://try.discourse.org/ should work - Open a bunch of tabs for the various pages - Keep navigating through discourse on one or more tabs - Switching tabs causes a spinny thing to show up for ~1s
