Details

STR: 1) Open a new non-e10s window 2) Open a new e10s window 3) Visit http://mdn.mozilla.org/, let the page load 4) in the non-e10s window, Resize the browser window using the lower right corner or the window repeatedly. Pay close attention to the right side of the window where content meets chrome. 5) do the same in the e10s window result: content reflow and painting is slower than in non-e10. spun off from bug 1113155.
https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=mozilla-central tree herder pages also work really well here, although we tear in non-e10s on these pages too.
NI to investigate if this is IPDL compress related.
