STR:
1) Open a new non-e10s window
2) Open a new e10s window
3) Visit http://mdn.mozilla.org/, let the page load
4) in the non-e10s window, Resize the browser window using the lower right corner or the window repeatedly. Pay close attention to the right side of the window where content meets chrome.
5) do the same in the e10s window
result: content reflow and painting is slower than in non-e10.
spun off from bug 1113155.

Firefox Nightly 39.0a1(2015-03-20)
Build ID 20150320030211
User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:39.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/39.0
When I tested this bug, same problem I found in e10s and non-e10s windows.
