This appears to work for me. Testing in 92 beta, on Windows 10. To work out why it is breaking for you and not for me, I'm going to have to ask some more questions: Do you see the word/paragraph highlighting happen when clicking the narrate button? Are there any errors in the developer tools console when narration fails? What exact version of Windows are you seeing this issue on? If you create a [separate profile for testing using the profile manager](https://support.mozilla.org/kb/profile-manager-create-remove-switch-firefox-profiles), does the same issue reproduce, or no?
